I'm Ryan and I founded Levitate with the simple and rather ambitious mission of increasing global happiness, fulfilment and wellbeing.
From humble beginnings as a drop-in meditation studio in South East London, we've grown to a studio with a thriving global community. But we’re still centred around healing, growth and abundance. And we want to be your partner for the journey as you lift up all aspects of your wellbeing.
I'm so excited to welcome you into this online home for the growing Levitate family, so that you can stay connected wherever you are in the world.
So, why do we exist?
Well, Levitate brings together brilliant seekers like you — people looking for greater well-being and deeper connection — to develop a meditation practice and compassionate self-care philosophy of caring for yourself and others. It would be really difficult to do that alone — being with people is kind of the point. So instead we will work together, so that we can thrive together as we enjoy the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual growth that you have always dreamed of.
We want to help you transform!
Our dream is for you to enjoy a more balanced, healthy, and happy life, surrounded by the people you love (and perhaps less of the people you don't). We want you to have the tools of resilience, equanimity, courage and vulnerability so that you can create the life you so richly deserve.
We want you to look back and say "Wow, look how far I've come"! And we'd love you to stick around to welcome in the newest members of the family who are still finding their feet. The truth is, we're all finding our feet, making it up as we go along, but the journey is so much better when it is shared.
