Where to find us…
If you live in London: Our group meditation studio is in Brockley, Lewisham SE4.
Can’t make it to the studio? Join our weekly classes online via Zoom or at your pace on YouTube. (We have members as far away as Barbados, Norway, USA and NZ)!
At your office: We also lead wellbeing workshops, classes, courses and events in London and virtually for companies across the world.

Join us in our residential studio in Brockley.
Your classes take place in a gorgeous, plant-filled, wood-floored studio with incredible natural light, perched near the top of Telegraph Hill.
Find us at: Levitate London, 3 Sprules Road, London SE4 2NL. We are just a 5 minute walk from Brockley Overground. There are also a number of local buses connecting you to the city centre.
