We have a stunning collection of 30 premium, black, sustainable Yogi Bare Paws Light natural rubber, extreme grip, yoga mats that are available for you to hire. We also have another 8 Yogi Bare Paws mats, in blue and green, to supplement our black mats for slightly larger events.

Our mats are available for wellbeing events, weekend retreats, brand activations, office yoga class, meditation workshops, breathwork seminars, sound baths and more. Our mats are in amazing condition and are an absolute joy to practise on.

Our offering doesn’t stop at hiring the mats — we can provide the instructors too. We work with a collective of around 50 of the most sought after names in wellbeing, and provide brilliant, immersive yoga classes, breathwork seminars, meditation workshops, sound bath, Pilates experiences, DJ sets, hypnotic visuals, and talks from our coaches, keynote speakers, nutritionists, sleep experts etc.

    • Our minimum order size is £100.

    • We’ll want to know the date, location and nature of the event, the intended usage for the mats, whether you need the mats for more than one day, whether you will need help with collection and delivery.

    • We currently hire the following yoga mats: 

      • We have 30 Black Yogi Bare mats (2mm rubber, ultragrip, "Paws Light"). 

      • We have 7 Forest Green & 2 Ocean Blue Yogi Bare mats (6mm rubber, ultragrip, “Paws”).

      • We have 1 Black Liforme Classic mat (ultra premium, laser-etched, non-slip, rubber)

      • Our mats can only be used indoors on a clean floor. This is to ensure the longevity of the premium mats and the sustainability of our business.

    1. We hire our mats for £8/mat/day for active use (e.g. yoga, Pilates, HIIT, core, red light therapy, workouts, anything movement-related and anything sweaty). 

    2. We hire our mats for £5/mat/day for light use (e.g. sound baths, breathwork, hypnotherapy and meditation and non-movement activities). 

    3. We have a £100 minimum hire fee (the equivalent of renting 20 mats for light use).

    4. We charge an upfront deposit of £250. (This is 100% refundable if the mats are returned spotless and undamaged).

    5. We ask that you pay by bank transfer. (If you need to use a card, we charge an additional 5% fee to cover our additional processing costs).

    6. We don't charge VAT. (Prices are as quoted).

  • We ask all customers to please clean and dry the mats before returning them to Levitate. If they are returned dirty, or if you’d rather we clean them, then we charge cleaning fees, which are detailed below.

    Yoga Mat Cleaning Fees: 

    1. We offer an optional cleaning service at £5/mat, if you prefer not to clean the mats yourself. 

    2. If mats are returned dirty, a £5/mat cleaning fee will apply to the whole order and will be deducted from your deposit.

    3. We charge £45/mat for damaged/missing mats. (If any mats are missing, permanently damaged, or uncleanable, you'll be charged our wholesale rate to replace them.

    1. The mats are stored at Levitate, Lower Flat, 47 Sprules Rd, Brockley SE4 2NL.

    2. The best option is often to collect and deliver the mats yourself. We really encourage that wherever possible!

    3. Alternatively, courier costs are on top of our rental costs. Central London is £70-80 each way. If you have an existing courier, that is often the best option. 

    4. Uber XL compares really favourably to courier costs. You'd just need to book a car to collect the mats from us and then another to return them.

    5. Couriers (or Ubers) only deliver to the kerbside. Your team must be ready/able to receive and carry the mats to and from the vehicle.

    6. We ask that you pick up on weekdays after 9am, and return any time before 8pm. We can make exceptions for early/late events.

    7. We offer a white-glove service in which the Levitate team can attend on site to set up or pack down your event. Please just ask us to quote for that.
