I went to this session hoping for mindfulness and found it! I was amazed myself that it was calming, relaxing and that it did make a difference to my peace of mind. It was so useful having Ryan guide us through the meditation and I left feeling lighter and more relaxed than I’d thought possible from a 40 minute class (which only felt like 20 mins it went by so quickly)! Definitely recommend it and I will be back!
