Survival tips for Blue Monday

All you need to do is breathe, right?

But what does that actually mean πŸ™„?

Try this. Stop doing what you are doing, take a couple of deep slow belly breaths, place your attention lightly on your breathing, notice when your mind wanders off, and gently bring your attention back to your breath. Often a few breaths is all it takes to feel present, grounded, focused and truly alive.

But if you want some help with that we've another great week lined up with classes in our Peckham studio this evening at 7pm, Tuesday at 12:30pm, Wednesday at 8am and Sunday at 7pm. We also have our new weekly 8:45am in Dalston.
