sharpen (focus meditation)
Join us for a more mindful class in which you'll learn and deepen your ability to achieve focus in the midst of distraction. As you build this muscle you will be able to devote more time to the things that really matter to you, and get better at tuning out the noise. As well as sharpening your mind thought, we'll also use the session to relax deeply, and find the calm amongst the storm.
join in (community meditation)
This is a weekly group drop-in meditation class for anyone wanting to learn how to meditate, how to use mindfulness to reduce their stress levels and to calm their busy mind. We love community! (Who doesn't?) so Tuesday lunchtime sessions are "pay what you want" Community Classes. You can pay anything from £0... to a sliding scale of £5, £10, £15 and £20. We will use your contributions to ensure that there will always be a free cushion for someone who needs it.
begin (beginners’ meditation)
New to meditation? Come to one (or two, or three...) of our beginners classes until you feel comfortable and confident in the meditation studio environment. This class will demystify some of the key elements of mindfulness and meditation, teach you some skills to use outside the studio, and give you a taste of guided meditation itself to leave you feeling blissfully calm and light by the time the class finishes.
AWAKEN (INTENTION-SETTING Meditation)
Rise up and start your day in the best possible way. Relish the thought of waking up with the birds? Or perhaps you just tend to struggle to start the day with a strong coffee and a cold shower to get you moving? Then this is the perfect (healthy) way to get going. We'll use this to set intentions that you'd like to see realised in your life, we will practice meditation, and we'll plant a seed of stillness to keep you grounded, calm and magnificent throughout the day.
let go (lightness meditation)
In this mindfulness class you will learn how to let go of everything that is weighing you down and holding you back. Whether from work, or life, or that blurry place in between, we're all carrying more than our fair share of baggage, so come and take a load off... Leave this class feeling more alive and lighter on your feet, with an enlightened spirit.
Levitate (relaxation Meditation)
Join us for the signature Levitate experience - a relaxation meditation designed to be the perfect way to wind down your weekend. Join us to stave off “Sunday dread”, to close the chapter on the week you’ve just had, to set you up for the week ahead, and to enjoy a Sunday evening like no other.
