Meditation for Busy Minds

  • We teach meditation without the jargon

We won’t confuse you with a lots of talk about chakras. Instead, we teach meditation and mindfulness, backed up by the latest science. Meditation isn’t about retreating from the world and escaping to a luxury resort, it is about learning how to embrace real life, in all its messiness. Starting in our own community.

  • We want to lift London up

Life in London is intense. Our group meditation classes give you the opportunity to experience the deep relaxation of meditating with like-minded Londoners. Be part of a community of people seeking to carve out some calm amongst the chaos. We will give you the tools you need to navigate the world of today.

  • We like to roam

We offer drop-in classes, courses and talks across London. We are a meditation studio with a difference. Levitate HQ is hosted at Yogarise Peckham, which means your classes take place in a gorgeous high-ceilinged, wood-floored studio with incredible natural light. But we also teach workshops and classes at our partner studios Yoke Dalston, Frame Farringdon and Yoga House Catford. Just ask for Levitate at your local studio.

  • We make work more fun

You work hard, so we will bring Levitate to you. We offer classes, courses and talks at companies across London. Talks are perfect for team building days, and our courses and classes are designed to help to build resilience, calm, and better mental health at work. Speak to your HR contact, or ask for a quote for your workplace.
